Single Head Diaphragm Dosing Pump

In a positive displacement pump the electric motor drives an eccentric cam which in turn drives the diaphragm  The diaphragm forms a vacuum inside the liquid-end head which is how fluid is suctioned from the tank and dosed into the mainline. The precision cnc machining of working parts ensures an accuracy with 2 to 5 % variation on the straight-line dosing curve.
