Metering pumps
Metering pumps are oscillating displacement pumps. An exactly defined volume of liquid is drawn into the displacement body on the reciprocal stroke and forced into the dosing line on the compression stroke. Most metering pumps are oscillating displacement pumps. An exactly defined volume of liquid is drawn into the displacement body on the reciprocal stroke and forced into the metering line on the compression stroke. The pump settings can be changed to achieve consistently accurate metering.

Mixers

The mixing effect that flows develop depends on the shape of the container, the material and of course the type of mixer.
Due to the flexible modular system I-Feeder is able to offer a wide range of options. This makes it possible to configure the mixer components of motor, shaft and mixing blade optimally for the application's requirements. If low speed is required slow running versions can be configured which are provided with intermediate gear and special mixing blades.
Turnkey and Skid systems
I-Feeder can supply a turnkey system as simple as a dosing pump and a mixer in a frame, to as intricate as required.
Skids can include ph/ec control, flowmeters, calibration columns, mutiple pump control, multiple mixer control, air valves, prv valves, solenoid valves and air chambers.
