Top mounted chemical mixer.
For efficient, optimal and cost-effective dosing of chemicals such as chlorine and fertiliser it is important that products be thoroughly and fully mixed, dissolved and/or kept in suspension.
The optimal method to obtain this is by utilising an agitator or mixer, mounted on a tank/ vessel. This unit consists of an electrical motor, gearbox, a 316 stainless steel shaft and impeller.
Any successful method must adhere to a predetermined level of operating efficiency. In the working environment and we design the equipment to best adhere to delivering the most efficient and economical result using the least mechanicals and energy.
On the business side we have to balance this with the option with the lowest capital and operating cost.
